DTG (Direct to Garment) prints ink directly onto fabric with maximum detail for photo-like results, vivid colors and smooth gradients. No minimum order. Start from 1 piece at 150 THB.
DTG Printing (Direct to Garment) is a shirt-printing technology that uses a specialized printer to print ink directly onto fabric, similar to paper printing but with textile-specific inks.
Best for jobs requiring high detail with many colors and no color limits or single-piece printing with no minimum order because there is no setup cost (no film making required).

A behind-the-scenes look at premium DTG craftsmanship.

We start by evenly applying a special pre-treatment solution onto the shirt, then heat-set it to create a thin film layer. This helps the ink bond properly with cotton fibers and is the key to vivid, durable prints.

Prepared shirts are loaded into the Brother GTX PRO BULK, which prints Innobella Textile inks directly onto fabric. For dark shirts, a white underbase is printed first, followed by CMYK inks for accurate and vibrant colors.

After printing, shirts are cured with a heat press at controlled temperature and timing. This fully dries the ink and triggers bonding with the fabric fibers, improving wash durability and product lifespan.

Before shipping, our team carefully inspects every piece for color accuracy, print sharpness, and garment quality, ensuring you receive the best possible result.
Our pricing is transparent and based on actual ink usage, so you get the most cost-effective rate.
DTG cost is calculated from actual ink consumption. Designs using fewer colors cost less, while heavily colored or full-area prints cost more. This ensures fair and value-driven pricing.
Only CMYK inks are printed directly onto the shirt, giving a more accessible starting price and making it ideal for vibrant designs on light backgrounds.
A white underbase layer is required first to make colors pop clearly on dark fabric, which increases ink cost.

Answers to the most common customer questions.
Yes. The printer applies a white underbase first, then prints other colors on top. This helps colors stand out on dark fabric. The print area may feel slightly thicker than on white fabric, but it remains soft and breathable.
Several factors contribute: higher printer and ink costs, more complex pre-treatment steps, and longer per-piece print time than DTF. This increases overall cost, but also delivers higher quality and detail.
There is no minimum order. DTG is ideal for small quantities, including a single piece for gifts or sample testing before full production.
DTG works best on 100% cotton, giving the best color vibrancy and durability. Polyester or blended fabrics may produce less optimal results.

Moderate durability, suitable for general use.
DTG offers moderate durability - better than sticker-type prints, but less durable than DTF and Silk Screen It is ideal when detail and color quality matter more than maximum durability. For premium durability, DTF or Silk Screen is recommended.
Following these tips will keep your print durable and looking great for longer.
Flip the printed side inward before washing to reduce direct friction.
Avoid water hotter than 40°C, as it may fade ink faster.
Bleach can damage the ink and cause rapid fading.
Avoid direct sunlight. UV light can fade colors faster, so dry in shaded or low-light areas.
If ironing is needed, iron from the inside/back or place a thin cloth over the print first.
High dryer heat may crack or peel the print. Natural air-drying is recommended.
DTG prints are easy to maintain. Simply wash inside-out, use cold water, avoid bleach and dry in the shade to keep prints looking good for longer.
💡 Tip: Proper care can extend print life by up to 2-3x.
